This application, called 'APA', is a voice chat talk bot designed to help in work, tasks, or other activities as a personal assistant. However, this application has not been developed for a long time and wants to switch from using 'Tkinter' Python to libraries such as 'PyQt' Python or other frameworks for desktop applications such as Electron JS. This program is desktop-based.
